Email, or call and let me know the date, and resort you wish to visit. I need to have your name and phone number to make the reservation. I also need the number of people in the room (maximum of 4), and their ages. Also if you will need airfare, I will check that for you, also(see airline bookings below).
Within 48 hours I will contact you and send you your payment sheet(either by email or fax). All payments are handled through World Vacations Travel they are part of Palace Resorts(Tradco). Your payment sheet will allow you to pay for your Resort vacation with a cashiers check, money order or Check. Please make sure that you pay at least 60 days before travelling.
Within 2 weeks of paying I will send you a Confirmation form, that you will need to take with you on your trip.

Airline Bookings
As stated above, I will check the current discount airfares from your departure city. This sometimes take 2 or 3 days. As with the Resort reservations all airfare is booked through World Vacations Travel, they contact many commercial and charter companies to give our guests the very best service and prices. As soon as I get the prices I will call you and let you know what they currently, if you wish to make the reservations, I will have to call the agent back and make them for you. I will then fax or email a payment sheet for the tickets. These reservations are sometimes only available for 48hrs so you need to go ahead and pay as soon as possible.
If you have not heard back that the payment was received within 48hrs, please call the contact name on the sheet and verify that they got it and everything was OK.
Within 2 weeks of your travel, your tickets will be delivered to the address that you gave on the payment sheet.
