My wife and I just got back from our vacation to Cancun that you were so kind in helping us arrange. The moon Palace was everything you said it was and so much more! We fell in love with the place and plan to go back again in the very near future.
The accommodations were to die for, and the food and service impeccable. Everyone there went out of their way to provide the best service I have ever encountered. You have stumbled onto a gold mine in paradise. Thank you for sharing it with us!

We enjoyed our stay so much, I can't wait to plan the next trip back. There is another sister-resort located next door to the Moon Palace. It's called the Sunrise, and it was beautiful, very spacious and the Presidential Suite was out of this world.
I think it would be a good idea to add a place on your web-site for satisfied customers. I'd be more than happy to rant & rave about the Palace Resorts.

Hello!! My husband and I stayed in the Cancun Palace this past week (Aug 8-12). We just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our trip and stay so much we cannot wait to get back. The entire experience was wonderful, from the food to the service of the employees to the activities. Each person we encountered was helpful and nice. I can't imagine a more wonderful vacation. It was perfect. The room was beautiful....The food was top notch! We enjoyed using the sail boats. We are still trying to figure out how they possibly make any money! We are recommending it to everyone.
Its funny.....we met so many nice people from all over the world. We are sorry to report that the only people we saw behaving rudely to the resort people were Americans. I couldn't imagine what could cause people to act so badly....any way, I mention it because the service was so outstanding and the people so friendly that I am embarrassed - and hope that they are the exception, not the rule.
We plan on going back in a year or two, next time to the Aventura Palace. Let us know how you liked it .....I think you said you were going to go there next time.
